All Ready For Church!
It took forever getting ready for church today because it was the day after the marathon. We could barely get out of bed and we were so sore!
So about a month ago, Troy and I decided to run the Teton Dam Marathon. Are we crazy? Yes! The training went pretty good except we didn't have much time to train with our busy lives. Troy had pretty sore knees most of the time but when June 14th came we wanted to run. The course was beautiful. The view of the tetons and the fields all around us were amazing. The last 6 miles were the worst but crossing the finish line with people all around cheering and knowing you just ran a marathon was a great feeling!!!! I loved it. We have been so sore the last few days and could barely walk the next day but it is slowly getting better. We are not sure if we ever want to run a marathon again but we are glad that we took this opportunity and had this experience.

The girls got to finally meet their uncle Jared when he came home from his mission on June 4th. He served in the Lima, Peru mission.

Troy and I are staying very busy this summer. I am taking a couple of classes. I am so excited to be done with school! Only 3 more classes after this semester! Troy is working hard this summer, doing construction 3 days a week and working with a doctor for an internship the other 2 days. The girls love to play outside, feed the ducks, go down the slides and love to see and pet any kind of animal. We are keeping busy with these two adventurous girls!
