Grateful

2 Hours Old

2 Weeks Old

Two Years Old
I really just want to express my gratitude to my Heavenly Father for these two precious little girls. They had a pretty rough start, being 10 weeks early and weighing 3 lbs 3 oz (Katelyn) and 2 lbs 9 oz. (Kylie). They have really been strong girls from the start and Troy and I are so GRATEFUL that they have developed properly and that they haven't had any serious effects from being preemies. They are extremely smart and active little girls and we are so grateful for them in our home. They had a doctors appointment yesterday and for the first time since they were born, Kylie weighs more than her sister and she is a half inch taller! Kylie weighs 22 pounds and Katelyn weighs 21 1/2. Still pretty small for their age but the doctor was pleased with their growth, and so are we!

We Have Two Two Year Olds!!!!

Katelyn and Kylie had a great birthday on Tuesday. These are some of the pictures I took of them on their birthday. They really like taking pictures now as long as I show them the picture after I take it. We love our little girls.

Some more cute pictures

Our friends own a townhouse and have a clubhouse with a swimming pool and have let us use it whenever. It has been so fun to take the girls swimming! They absolutely love it! We decided to take them swimming for their Brithday.

Happy Birthday Katelyn and Kylie!!!!

Okay, so their birthday isn't until Tuesday but we thought we would have a party for them today (Sunday) so that we could spend more time in Shelley instead of just running up there on Tuesday night. I can't believe that my little girls are going to be two!!! We had a great time and the girls had fun opening presents. We wish we could have had more of the family and some of my side of the family here to celebrate, but we are thankful for those who were there to make it special for them.

The Amazing Farm Cake!

I was really excited about this amazing cake that we were able to have for Katelyn and Kylie's party! My good (and very talented) friend, Amy Parry helped me decorate this cake. Thanks again Amy for spending 3 hours with me on a saturday afternoon to decorate this cake! Katelyn and Kylie loved it!!! They love animals so much, especially farm animals. They have known so many animals and all the sounds they make for such a long time now because that is their favorite thing ever!
This is the farm cake with coconut grass, shredded wheat haystack, cupcake silo, and oreo crumb dirt, plus a toy tractor. Then we added the animals. Cows, pigs, ducks, and sheep.

We loved it!

Christmas

We had a really fun Christmas break and were able to spend time with both the Fowlers and the Mosers. We just want to thank everyone for the wonderful gifts that we recieved.
We had a lot of fun playing outside during the break and being pulled on a sled behind the 4-wheelers. Katelyn and Kylie loved riding and being pulled on the sled.
11 of the 13 grandkids were able to be at my parents house during the holidays. Here is a picture of the Katelyn and Kylie with some of their cousins having fun in the bathtub.

Our 3rd Anniversary

Troy and I celebrated our 3rd anniversary on the 22 of December. I can't believe it as been 3 years already! It has gone by so fast yet I feel like I have known Troy so much longer. I love my eternal companion more than anything! Thank you Troy for all that you do and for all that you are! Thank you for making me so happy these past years. I love you!!
