These pictures are for Aunt Lindsey!!
Lindsey is from Alabama and when we went there for her and Trent's wedding her parents gave us Alabama shirts and they have seriously been Troy's favorite shirts. He wears them all the time. So we were pretty excited when her sweet parents sent this little outfit for Mason! Now he can be just like Dad!
He is even pointing to Alabama!

Do you see all that drool? He now has his two bottom teeth to show for it!
Ok, for the past month Mason has been learning to crawl, and he has finally mastered it this past week. He can move. . . . fast. He is always on a mission: the girls' room.
Today he pulled himself up to Katelyn's bed and moved his feet along until he reached the little table at the end of the bed.
What happened to my little baby!!!
Dear Troy,
Thank you so much for taking all the kids today and doing the grocery shopping so I could teach piano lessons. Thank you also for bringing back these:
And thank you not only for this time, but the many, many times you have brought them home this past year and the past 5 years of our marriage. And I love how you choose something so different every time.
(Some more on our piano because they wouldn't all fit in the vase).

So, this is strange... ever Google yourself and come across a parallel life/universe? That is how I felt reading your blog. It was kind of fun in a way.
My name is Troy Fowler and I'm a biochemist. My wife, Katrina, is an artist... so that doesn't really match up, but she did used to live in ID. I haven't lived in Des Moines, but I used to travel through there quite a bit and have lived in KS and MN.
My dad's side is from Evanston. When I was a kid, we used to go to Bear Lake. My great great grandfather was with Brigham on the original pilgrimage to Utah, so I have deep LDS roots, and most of my dad's side still lives in UT or WY.
Our twin girls are about one week apart in age and blond hair, blue eyed cuties too. Trinity and Terra have the family TJF naming. Any reason for the K/K? Half way between C and T?
We have been using Facebook more lately, but she shared yours so I will share mine.

Interesting to run across your family on this snowy day.
