April 23 was a busy day for us. We celebrated Mason's birthday and it was also the day before Easter so along with the cake, presents, and balloons, we also enjoyed decorating eggs and going on an awesome Easter Egg hunt.
They made some (well actually a lot) of really pretty eggs!
A couple in our ward (Katelyn and Kylie's primary teachers) invited us to an Easter egg hunt that turned out amazing! They live in one of the most beautiful places in Iowa. It was so peaceful, and we didn't want to go home, we had such a great time.

I had to take lots of pictures of Mason since it was his birthday and we were in such a beautiful area. It was kind of bright though so it I had to take a lot of pictures to get some with his eyes open!

Hey Carrie, in the picture of the fallen tree with the pink egg. Get me a piece of that wood. Be sure to seal the end grain so it doesn't split.
